Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.

What the services are — and are not

Posture Rebuild is a posture screening and coaching service. We analyze photos you submit (currently by email, after you request a scan) using our screening process and provide a score, pattern read, and general movement recommendations. It is not medical care: it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, injury, or pain. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for any pain, injury, or medical concern, and before beginning any exercise program.

No guarantee of results

Posture and movement change depend on your own effort and individual factors. We don’t guarantee any specific outcome. Examples or testimonials are not promises of your results.

Your responsibilities

• ·Provide accurate information and confirm you are 18+.
• ·Submit only photos of yourself, in fitted clothing (no nude/near-nude images), and never of a minor.
• ·Follow exercise recommendations within a pain-free range; stop if you feel pain; get medical clearance if you have a health condition.
• ·Use the services lawfully.

Photos you submit

You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited license to use them to provide your assessment and operate the services. Any use of your images to improve our tool, or any public use of your image, requires the separate, optional consent described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal & refunds

Posture Rebuild Premium, when offered, is a subscription billed at $39/month that automatically renews each month until you cancel. Prices and what’s included are shown at checkout.

You can cancel anytime — no phone call required — using the manage-subscription link included in your checkout confirmation and billing emails (our payment processor’s customer portal), or by emailing andrefoundry@gmail.com with “Cancel” from the email you subscribed with (we process cancellations within 2 business days). Cancellation stops future billing and you keep full access through the end of your current paid period. Because you can evaluate Posture Rebuild free before subscribing, all paid subscription charges are non-refundable, including partial months, except where required by law or for a duplicate or erroneous charge. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge and agree to these terms.

Private coaching

The Private Coaching program (a one-time purchase of $2,500 for 6 private sessions over approximately 3 months) is governed by the Private Coaching Agreement you sign before payment, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. As stated there: all coaching sales are final and non-refundable for any reason within your control (including change of mind, missed sessions, or non-completion); unused sessions expire at the end of the program term; and the only exception is a pro-rated refund for purchased sessions we fail to deliver if we end the program for reasons other than your breach of the Agreement. Coaching is fitness/wellness coaching, not medical care.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy — posture screening from photos is inherently approximate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraVenture LLC and its owners won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury arising from exercises you choose to perform; our total liability for any claim won’t exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
