Hi, I’m Andre — and I got obsessed with how the body stacks.

For over ten years, posture has been my obsession. What began as a personal fixation turned into a mission: to understand how the body is built to stack — line up, joint over joint — breathe and move — and to help people rebuild it from the ground up instead of chasing symptoms.

I ran the experiments — so you don’t have to

Over the years I explored just about every avenue in mobility, posture and breathing mechanics. Yoga. Weight training. The Postural Restoration Institute. General physical therapy. DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, a movement-rehab method). Bioenergetics (a body-based method linking breathing, tension and posture). I didn’t dabble — I went deep, tested each approach on my own body, and kept what actually worked.

Along the way I made it my mission to rebuild posture at the root — not to paper over it — and to chase what almost no one alive actually has: elite posture. It’s rarer than people realize, because modern life quietly pulls every one of us forward.

Why I believe this changes everything

Here’s what years of practice have convinced me: how you stack and how you breathe aren’t just physical. In my experience they shape how you feel — your energy, your confidence, your presence, the way you take up space in your own life.

When you rebuild how you stack — and your breathing opens up with it — it can change how you move and how you carry yourself, day to day. I believe it can open up an experience of life most people only glimpse — and my goal is simple: to help as many people as possible stop feeling stuck in their bodies and start standing into their full potential.

(To be clear: this is my personal philosophy and a fitness/wellness practice — not medical advice or a treatment for any condition.)

Let’s see how your body is stacking.
