Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• ·Contact info: your name and email (and phone if you provide it).
• ·Photos and videos you submit for your posture assessment or coaching program — sent to us by email or uploaded through your private, signed-in pages. The free scan uses fitted clothing. Premium members (18+) may optionally scan in just shorts (or a sports bra and shorts) for a more accurate read, and confirm at upload that they are 18 or older and the photos are of themselves; fitted clothing always works too. Private-coaching clients (18+, under signed agreement) follow the same shorts / sports-bra capture standard on their private upload page. We never request nude images.
• ·Assessment data: the posture measurements and scores we generate from your photos.
• ·Coaching application answers, if you apply: your goal, commitment, and readiness answers — including, if you tell us, that you are seeking help for pain or a medical condition, which we use only to decline enrollment and refer you to a licensed provider.
• ·E-signature records, if you sign our coaching agreement: your typed name, email, the acknowledgment boxes you check, the date and time, your IP address, your browser's technical details, and a digital fingerprint of the agreement text you signed.
• ·Upload acknowledgements, if you upload shorts-only / sports-bra photos as a Premium member: a record of your confirmation that you are 18+ and the photos are of yourself, with the date, time, and your IP address. We keep this acknowledgement record even after you delete the photos, as proof the confirmation was given.
• ·Session recordings and transcripts, if you're a coaching client: coaching video sessions are recorded and transcribed by our note-taking service so we can send you written session recaps. You're informed at booking, and the note-taking assistant announces itself on the call.
• ·Chat transcripts, if you use the Premium AI assistant: we log your messages and the assistant's replies, with the date, time, and your account email. We keep these logs for safety review, abuse prevention, quality, and support — for example, a conversation the system flags may be reviewed by the business owner. The assistant is an AI tool, not a medical professional, and its chat is not medical advice.
• ·Payment info, if you purchase — handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• ·Technical data our servers automatically log, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and record-keeping.
• ·Site usage data, collected by analytics we built and run ourselves (no third-party advertising trackers): the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example, a referring site or campaign link), your device type, and anonymous interaction data such as clicks and scrolling, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser — not to your name. If you have an account, we connect this usage data to it to understand and improve our service. We do not use it for third-party advertising, and deleting your data (below) covers it.

How we use it

• ·To create your posture assessment, score, and coaching recommendations.
• ·To communicate with you about your results and, with your consent, marketing.
• ·To improve our screening tool — only if you separately opt in (see below).
• ·To process payments, provide support, and comply with law.
• ·To keep business records — including signed agreements, purchase records, and service-delivery records — and to establish or defend legal claims and payment disputes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and where your data lives

We are a U.S. business and your information is stored and processed in the United States. We use a small number of service providers to operate: a cloud hosting provider (which stores this website and the data you submit through it), our business email account (Google), a transactional email service (Resend) that delivers sign-in links and account/billing notices, our payment processor (Stripe), and — for coaching clients — a meeting note-taking service (Fathom) that records and transcribes sessions. Your posture measurements come from our own measurement engine. Where third-party AI services help draft the narrative portion of a report, we send only the measurements taken from your photos — never the photos themselves. If you use the Premium AI assistant, your chat messages and a compact summary of your plan and measurements are processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; your photos are never sent to it.

Your photo & dataset choices

Improving our tool is optional and separate from getting your assessment. When you submit photos, we ask separately whether you agree to let us keep them to improve the tool — this is off by default. If you don’t opt in, we use your photos only to produce your assessment and delete the original images from our working systems (including our email account) within 30 days of delivering your report, keeping only the derived measurements. For private-coaching clients, we keep the photos, videos, and session recordings/transcripts from your program for its duration so we can track your change across sessions, then delete them at the end of the program unless you’ve opted in. How we store and protect it

Your information is stored on our U.S. cloud server, in our business email account, and in our backup storage. Access is limited to the business owner through password-protected systems, and data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We keep periodic backups for disaster recovery on a rolling cycle; deleted data may remain in those backups for up to 30 days before being erased as old backups are replaced.

Retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your data anytime by emailing andre@andrefoundry.com; we’ll delete it within a reasonable period. Exceptions: we retain information where needed to comply with law, keep required business and tax records, complete a transaction or program you requested, maintain security and prevent fraud, and keep signed agreements and service records needed to establish or defend legal claims and payment disputes. Original images are deleted as described above unless you opted in.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither). To exercise a right, email andre@andrefoundry.com. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The services are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information or images from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact andre@andrefoundry.com and we’ll delete it.
